Buff Pass conditions

Whats chance of some decent riding next weekend? Me and a buddy are thinking of one last trip. Thinking of staying in steamboat since we are fairly familiar with the area. Kinda familiar with muddy creek, steamboat lake, seed house parking. Have a sled deck but don’t have chains.

There is still about 16 feet of snow on the ground but as of right now it’s not looking good for the ears and buff 5-10 inches on absolute concrete by next weekend. If you’re set on Colorado I would try something closer to the front range as next weekends storm is likely going to be an upslope.

Not dead set on Colorado. It just closer to us(relative) since we are from the midwest and most familiar with stuff around steamboat. Thanks for the advice
