Got my pipe on and was able to ride a couple days this weekend.

2019 155x2.6, 19.5 flash, ran in premium mode.

SPI pipe and can.
SLP blue/pink 140/340 in the primary
10-68s
SLP black/purple 160/240 in the secondary
58-42-.36
1 delrin
9500-10500’

Would pull 7900-8000 rpm most(95%) of the day. Would occasionally get an rpm fade down to 7600 or so when in super deep snow AND holding it wfo for extended periods. Actually surprised how much power it still makes at 7600. Clutches were both very hot. Primary would boil snow... but there was a real 3+ feet of fresh, and I was intentionally not being easy on it. No bogs over two days of riding, seemed to run really well. Didn’t have a stock 850 to compare with, but I think it had more snap and longer legs than before the pipe. Pulling 10 grams more than the 800 Axys with us.

I’m not a fan of how tight all the springs are. I ended up using M series y pipe springs. The bottom of the can isn’t super secure either, but I didn’t have any problems.

Thinking I am going to gear down before the next ride. Hoping it will help with clutch temps and rpm fade.

If I recall, vhok is using a 60/40 .36-.46, stk springs and lighter weights, I think 64 ish

sonbyrd with that helix you probably need that gold/blk. 175/240. I tried almost the same helix before in a kit and that is the spring I got.

I got my gold blk with that helix from Carl's cycle back in 2014, that setup was not good on my pro and I haven't tried it together since.

I see the screw/bolt for the headlight adjustment was making contact with my pipe at some point... guessing it was anytime the sled was rolled over. I knocked about 1/4” off it with the dremel. Something to check if you’re running this pipe... or any aftermarket pipe for that matter, I had to do the same on my 17 with a BMP pipe.

That adjustment bolt does hang way down your right. I had it contact a couple pipes last year as well. I bet I could cut at least a 1/2" off mine. I'll look tomorrow. This is a pic of the bolt goridoo is talking about:IMG_8342.jpg

Not to date. There are a couple waiting on my helix order.
From what I’ve seen, more weight would be in order with the same 850 setup.
My thoughts,
140-200 red/blue secondary spring
46-32F helix
120-320 stock primary spring or 120-310
2g-4g more weight than the stock setup at 8350rpm

Yesterday I raced my son's 850 accross a fresh medow with 12 inches ish of powder, same sled as mine , but pro gears and 74 mtx weights.
I'm geared up with 76.3 mtx and we were neck and neck in 2 out of 3 races, the third time I was perhaps a sled length ahead..
I was expecting to have more distance between us.

I think this pipe would benefit from a wrapping of some sort, it likes to cough abit when putting through the trees.
