My rmk fresh rebuild.

Any 2005 rmk riders out there with some experience in rebuilding rmk 900's. I would like some tips and hints of what to do so i can really break this sucker in and discuss in what would happen when you male nipple viberates out of the head(over the thermostat) and leaks all of your antifreeze in your sled. **** happened to me now i would like a soloution. Someone help me :'(

Drill for 1/8" NPT pipe tap, tap it out and use a threaded nipple.
