Anybody riding next weekend? We wondered if someone would care to show 4 of us around Rutherford or Hurley? Have been to Brandywine and Callaghan before.

If you knew the costs involved in running the operation, the rates are cheap. Geoff works very hard and does a good job
I used to ride up there alot about 15 years ago and the one thing that is for certain is you need excellent avalanche gear. And also need to always be prepared to stay the night if you have to. Weather moves in very very fast up this time of year and you can be stuck for hours. We waited for almost 20 hours before it cleared up enough to ride out safe. Its a very serious area and you have to be prepared.

have been there a lot up on the cap.....only go when hi pressure as it could be deadly if the weather comes in. also in some areas crevasses , had a rider go in one back in 96 but got him out.
cool place but gotta be prepared.

Had a great ride in both areas Sat and Sun, Thanks guys! We were very fortunate on the weather both days, awesome areas! BTW- I own 3 PIEPS DSP beacons.:musicnote:
