Tower Mtn? Strawberry? Snow?

Anyone been up to Tower Mtn from the Heber side?
How about Strawberry River? (Tower Mtn from the South)
I want to go up there but not sure what the snow is like. I called Daniels Summit Lodge on Sat and they said they had 2.5 ft on the ground, can anyone verify that?

We rode Strawberry Saturday. Snow is WAY down. Most of the south facing slopes are nearly free from snow. Trails are still well covered and as soon as you gain some altitude the snow gets pretty good. So if you want to ride up Strawberry River its fine on the trail up to the corals and then you start climbing and it gets better.

The Strawberry Valley had a couple of inches by Saturday afternoon of fresh. Up high on Strawberry Ridge where we rode there was probably 8" of fresh.

Lake creek parking lot is completely melted off and has been for a couple weeks. Definitely start at Strawberry river.
