Snow Checked my 2023 Turbo Expert

Went in to see my local dealer just after the reveal and dropped off my $500 deposit for a new 2023 Turbo Expert.

We have NOT agreed on a price yet.
But knowing they have a 2023 allocation of 200 sleds totay, I wanted to get ahead of the curve this time around, rather than behind it like last year.



I opted for the Nija Turtle Green Machine

Was told the allocation number this year has been "heavily cut" compared to last year.

We didn't even discuss price.
I just wanted to be absolutely CERTAIN that my order was at the TOP of the list and not at the bottom or even falling off.
There were 20 ahead of me already by the time I got their with my deposit check.

That was my #1 concern as well.
I do not for a hot second think they have solved all of the "Supply Chain" issues.
I don't think there is a manufacturing company out there that has resolved that yet.
And given that this sled is FULL of brand new components, I suspect they will have delivery issues this fall just like last fall.

But I remember a whole lotta guys getting their sleds MONTHS before me, and that was because I snowchecked my last sled on the LAST day.

I think k it's awesome! You want one and you said iam gonna get one! If a piano falls out of thr sky between then and now so be it!! So if a guy gets cold feet and does not accept his snowcheck, you just lose your 500 or will the dealer give you some back?

Worst case I am out $500
But considering I have purchased 10 vehicles from my dealer, i seriously doubt he would even take my $500 if I had a legit reason for backing out.

That doesn’t surprise me. My dealer is already sold out of polaris boosts for 2023. Deposits down for all their likely allocations before snow check started

I heard a few weeks ago my local Polaris dealer already has a list of 2023 snowcheckers that is considerably longer than the amount of sleds they were allotted last year.

i was going to sit this snowcheck out but i put money down on a freeride. i think my dealer has 1 gen 5 left out of 35
