After 2 years of failed attempts and broken promises, I emailed Dallas from Boss seats and told him about my boss seat experience. Within 10 minutes, Dallas emailed me back, and had a solution for me that I think is way more than fair. I realize that my seat is 4 years old (things don't last forever), he didn't build it, he had no obligation to take care of me, but he still elected to take care of someone else's mistake/problem. I find it very amazing in today's environment that this type of customer service is being done. I have 3 sleds, 2-2009 M8's with Boss seats and my 2014 Pro Climb will now be getting a Boss seat. I had given up on Boss and written them off. After today, I cannot be more pleased with them and it is because of the new owners that we need to let people know that Boss is still in business and better than they have ever been.

i am happy that they are trying to turn the company around. I hope their materials and process is better, but the customer service is what will spread like wildfire and will really bring the company back. i am just waiting for them to put out a nytro seat and i will be first in line to buy it.

I am about done with the Apex and the Nytro seats...in fact im ready to do pre orders...
the thing is there will be 2 options.... I will offer and OEM replacement
this means...I will send you out the foam and the cover and you attach it to the bottom of your OEM seat we will also offer a tunnel pack. this will still offer you the storage....you will then have our foam and cover....
The other option will be a complete new seat that you have to modify the exhaust... and we will sell the kit...
something new we also will offer next year is ... you can purchase any of our seats without the storage on the back ,,, and if you decide you want storage later you will be able to purchase the new tunnel pack...
