So, it seems like it's time for the predictions of what's coming down the road from Yamaha to begin.

Whatcha think they are going to show everyone??

I am standing by my prediction that we see a new lighter Nytro.
Something that should be very welcome in this crowd.

And maybe a turbo phazer...

I think they will probably drop the sleds. Yamaha doesn't even have 15% market share. They build a great product, not enough demand......numbers count and if it's not there a big company like that would drop it. They are too big in marine ,bikes etc...........my prediction.

Nytro getting a diamond drive system, but that is about it for big news from big blue as far as I would guess.

A new "entry" level sled is coming, but who knows if it will be 2012 or later.

Doesn't the blackout end around the 3rd week in February?
In 30 days time the photos of the 2012s should start surfacing from the December photo shoots.

So you think Yamaha will bail out of the entire market and shut down their sled division?

I can say with some authority that is not what they have in store for us.

You can make reverse happen with the diamond drive, and it would have to be a standard feature "IF" it happened. Wouldn't be an easy swap, especially with Yamahas Bulkhead design. Would have to be machined/molded into the bulkhead

Arctic Cats have had a mechanical reverse with their diamond drive, push button electric. Now their reverse spins the motor backward.

The shoots have happened for sure...

I wonder if we can track the increase/lack thereof of sales of used units????

They will probably produce a sled with an air suspension that self levels.

Night vision, a DVD player and an 9 speaker sound system
