Powerclaw egdes fraying and falling apart

I know this has been brought up lots but I could't remember everything that was said. The egdes of my powerclaw onmy 09 m8 are fraying and the throttle side seems to be in way worse shape then the brake side. I thought I remember reading that there was a rivot or somthin that the track could be hitting. Sorry I know this has been brought up lots. Thanks

It's a rivet in the black plastic slider in the tunnel. No big deal, torch the frayed strings (carefully!!!), it will fray a bit more here & there, but not like the first time.

Track alignment has to be set just right, so the edges of the track do not rub on the rivits inside the tunnel.

i'm pretty sure the alignment it right. How do you check it? I just make sure the tentioner bolts on both rear wheels is the exact same..

measure from the sides of the hyfax to the track clips.
I always eyeball the alignment where the track goes thru the tunnel to. (where the rivits will rub on the edges of the track)
