Need help with the harness hookup please. The instrux are terrible. What (and how) hooks up to the large plug end of the new harness? Also, 2nd pic connectors dont match so not sure if i need to cut and rewire?

That last pic you need to attach to tether connector, should be down below the main connector below the coolant bottle. The harness you are trying to attach to is the one that needs to be removed completely. Remove your seat and console covers and you will have an easier time with this.
