On the other hand. If Cat would have been able to release that so called bigger motor this year. They would have stole a sh!t ton of Poo riders who are sick of the recalls and stop ride BS and even some BRP riders. 2024 would have been the perfect year for Cat if they had been ready. Of course they would not have been able to build for the demand though.

I wasnt on proclimbs 12-13 luckily, but seems like they had some issues. went cheap with the non-hyvo. At least lynx used hyvo.
3,000 mountain miles on my stock extended case/Hyvo aluminum gear, If it broke tomorrow Id consider it reliable.

I’ve never seen an actual failed aluminum gear, just everyone claiming they’re junk because they make the oil shiny.

I shattered my case on a stump once, ride out was 32 miles dry chain.

I rode with some crazy bastards that ran an old summit with the chain case cover off. They just kept putting grease on it every so often. Funny stuff.
