Skid bottoming out at 2” of travel after swapping 144 to 155

I have a 2008 600 RMK that I just swapped to a 155. I used a skid and track from a 2009, swapping over my shocks & springs from the 144 skid. The skid is bottoming out after a couple inches of travel as shown— the bottom mount for the rear shock seems to be hitting the track.
Everything worked fine on the 144 skid, so I don’t think it’s a parts issue as much as an assembly malfunction. I’ve measured both skids and all the dimensions match.

I wonder if your tunnel bolt centers are closer together on a 144 than a 155. The RTS front mount/pivot shouldn't be tilted that far forward I believe. On my '10 600/155 the shock bolt/pivot is mostly vertical from the cross shaft bolt.

That was my first thought as well, but I measured both skids and the bolt centers are identical. When you compress your suspension, does your lower rear shock mount pivot toward the from or rear?

If anyone was wondering, I resolved this issue by measuring a stock 155” IQ sled and realizing that the rear skid mounts are 2.5” further back. After some careful measuring, marking, and drilling, and some time with a pneumatic riveter and structural rivets, the dang thing works great.
