M8000 wonts start after rebuilt top end

Hi i have a m8000 2019 but if wont start after top end rebuilt i have spark on spark plug fuel pump have 43 psi in full pression i clean the injector. Tss not connected trigger coil was good if like shut off in on but is in off help me please thanks guy's

Will it start if you put a little bit of fuel in the cylinders? If so that at least narrows it down to a fuel delivery problem. If not it's likely an ignition problem.

Make sure injector harness is fully plugged in.

When i pullout the y pipe and start the gaz exit on exhaust i have bleu spark on my spark plug !?
