It still just amazes me the amount of people that simply don't get it.
The Donald's policies have been tremendously successful, yet because he tells it like it is without filtering his verbiage, some people are unwilling to acknowledge these successes.
They all can see his success but out of hate they wont acknowledge it and try to redirect it with bs lies.
And contending that his policies are tremendously successful is highly biased at best. Truth be told, to really evaluate someones decisions & policies they implemented in the presidency, it needs to be in retrospect. Probably more than 10 years retrospect for the best idea. (IMO)
No my friend it doesnt take 10 years, look at the companies that have come back, look at the energy sector thriving from Trump getting rid of bs regulations, look at the tariffs that have hurt china but helped us, the list goes on.....

We covered this a couple hundred posts back but again...
Harley US sales are way down, younger generations won't pay for the overpriced-loud-chrome-need-attention-getter that is Harley.
It looks better to blame tariffs then admit they dont want to pay US workers a good wage. Besides Harleys main market is now overseas.
As far as the "other folks" you will have to be specific.
You can thank Trump for investments from major businesses: Foxconn, Toyota, Ford, etc.:eyebrows:

Trump talked about the tragedies in Venezuela from their corrupt gov.
Then he said,"Tonight we renew our resolve that America will never become a socialist country."

For those of you that actually watched the entire state of the union, what are your thoughts?
I found it horrifying the issues Trump brought up, these issues brought nothing more than a scowl from the Democrats, Alexandria ocasio cortez looked like a brat protesting a party.
Pretty sad on their part, IMO.
heres a link...

Went just like I thought it would go. No respect anymore for the presidency. Country is too divided and no respect for each other. I am in the mix because I truly believe there are a bunch of sh!tty people on the left anymore. Not the same. Way farther left. I'm sure they think the same of me. I haven't changed so I guess that means I'm the same sh!tty person I've always been. There lies the divide. Too polarized.

SOTU pageantry

Honestly, I can't stand watching the SOTU address. I haven't watched it since 2001. The only thing that compares with it in pageantry & pomp is the presidential election process. I read them after the fact. Takes about 1/50th the time without all the orchestrated applause & orchestrated sitting down of the opposition party with occasional mandatory orchestrated applause that they defer to their party leader for, whatever the party or president may be. When you can read it instead, you are able to read between the lines more & make up your own mind about it. I haven't had a chance to read it this year yet though. Busy week. But I had 2 minutes to check Fouled plug & put in 2 cents! :face-icon-small-ton

The "Art of the Deal" Refuse to sign bill, Shut government down for 35 days. Re-open the government for a month because of a 70 year old women called his bluff. Now signs a bill to keep government open with the same amount of money for border security. Brilliant!!! Just Brilliant!!!! Just think of all the additional deals he will be able to make in the next 6 years. One of of them maybe a deal to keep himself and/or his son out of jail. Might be a pardon of the century in the works stay tuned and find out God i can't wait this reality series is just amazing

I hope he signs the bill and takes the money.
AND
I hope he declares the National Emergency and redirects the 23 Billion he spoke of yesterday.

Doesn't have to be an Either/Or situation.

DO BOTH!

Just like we knew all along.

WASHINGTON — After two years and 200 interviews, the Senate Intelligence Committee is approaching the end of its investigation into the 2016 election, having uncovered no direct evidence of a conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia, according to both Democrats and Republicans on the committee.

How many of the anti-trump collusion yelling reporters & talk show hosts are eating crow now!:eyebrows:

Pretty much NONE of them.
The House is moving forward with a whole new set of RE-Investigations.
This has little or nothing to do with reality.
Its all about Political theater.

Might have something to do with the rest of the article that you didn't quote:

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/co...nce-conspiracy-between-trump-campaign-n970536

But investigators disagree along party lines when it comes to the implications of a pattern of contacts they have documented between Trump associates and Russians — contacts that occurred before, during and after Russian intelligence operatives were seeking to help Donald Trump by leaking hacked Democratic emails and attacking his opponent, Hillary Clinton, on social media.

"Donald Trump Jr. made clear in his messages that he was willing to accept help from the Russians," one Democratic Senate investigator said. "Trump publicly urged the Russians to find Clinton's missing emails."

The Senate Intelligence Committee has been conducting the sole bipartisan inquiry. The committee has sifted through some 300,000 documents, investigators tell NBC News, including classified intelligence shedding light on how the Russians communicated about their covert operation to interfere in the 2016 election.

U.S. intelligence agencies assess that the operation began as an effort to sow chaos and morphed into a plan to help Trump win. It included the hacking and leaking of embarrassing Democratic emails and the use of bots, trolls and fake accounts on social media to boost Trump, criticize Democrat Hillary Clinton and exacerbate political differences.

No Russian Collusion period.....
But the witch hunt continues, Mueller overstepping his investigating grounds to punish anyone associated with Trump for any petty crime.
