porting

None that I know of. Most porting helps the motor breathe and flow better which adds benefits no matter what elevation. Kind of like cam shafts in a car. I don't think anyone changes them for elevation.

my only thought in it being slightly different is that for elevation your not going to be getting nearly the air so port design/timing might be slightly different to run idealy with less air.

Actually there is a difference. To much porting can make an engine not run worth a damn at elevation. Price motors were notorious for that. But they made big power at sea level.
