2 Questions for those that have their Gen 5:
- How does the Gen 4 travel cover fit on the Gen 5? ( does it fit nice or is it loose)
- Anyone know if the rear torsion springs are the same as the Gen 4?
Thanks in advance.

Great news! My G5 Expert arrived and was picked up today. I can confirm the G4 cover fits excellent. Just make sure the back upper part of cover (rear seat area) is pulled tight with the thin bungee otherwise it will flap.

I installed my fat boy springs from my 2021 expert 165 on my 2023 expert 165 also put the spring spacers in all fit. the spring spacers are a tight fit but soapy water and tap tap with a dead blow on and not coming off
Can you provide links and summary of the far boy springs and spacers? I am 260 and concerned about factory sag

This is what I used in my Gen 4, sounds like it fits the Gen 5 also. Not sure on the spring rate.

Look up that chart. Doesn't say GEN5 but stock GEN4 was 1.27 80 deg I ran 1.5 90, so 18% stiffer, 10 deg less preload. The recommended 1.6 80 deg are really stiff. Better make the front end stiffer too at the same time of balance will be off.
