not much for snow yet..might be 4-5 inches at the lodge as of last friday when I came back thru..my buddies are talking about running into the cabins this weekend so I should know more next week..I doubt it will be awesome pow though..just doesnt look like there is enough yet ....

I went up to my cabin at gunsight and they only have 6" at best. Barely enough to get in and out of the cabin on the trail. Still bumped dirt and rock with that. Please snow!!

Hwy. reports that the highway is closed at mile 118/120 and at 129. heavy snow and white out condition. Heard on the news they had 18" Sweet. Cams, show a lot at 117 . Keep it coming.

We had a great summer, looks like we could have an epic winter if this keep up!
Looks like cristmas is coming early. I have to go to Valdez anyways this weekend. If this keeps up will get to ride on the way there and back!

just drove back to valdez maybe a foot on the ground in eureka road closed due to semi in ditch roads are slippery snowing in valdez right now
lame! Still good but not 20+ inches like I was hearing about. Yeah My buddy in Valdez said the rain this morn was bad for the snow but then turned to a blizzard.

I have friends that live up there and they are saying anywhere between 18 - 20+ inches today. But the wind is blowing pretty good too. We'll see what the report is for tomorrow.

What's the latest? Is it worth bringing the sled with for a ride on my way to valdez tomorrow?
report from a friend who lives there.....3 ft...with the wind and interpetation of the penis ruler...16-20 inches..should be decent riding..I would guess there will be some real windloaded slopes...be careful....
