Connect light for helium hood

What is the smartest way to connect a small headlight for the Matryx Helium hood?, I have a separate power converter that needs to get 12V, and would like to have it on if wanted also at ignition on. Sled has E-start so battery is there. Would like to avoid cutting wires.

You can buy a splitter cable to run two items. I may have seen it on either Mtntech or Boondocker’s site.

i got the oxbow light wiring harness. have not connected it yet though

I have the oxbow and it plugs straight into your 12v plug harness. I didn't mount the light on my hood. Instead i just run the cable up through the handle bar column as the light will mount on my helmet gopro mount if needed.
