started my build a couple weeks ago. This is my first snowbike build but I have a buddy showing me the way. His 350 & 450 are behind mine in the pic.
I ordered most of my parts from Selkirk. Intake, pegs, heated bars with Tbob kit. Also ordered PST engine blanket and Reflex hand guards. The bike came with a rekluse clutch and air pro kit. I am debating the TSS and Trio but at this point I have spent a few grand on gear and they may have to wait until next year, plus I still need to get a new seat.

I do have one question. Selkirk doesn’t have their instructions for the heated handle bars on the 350 yet and I am going off some 450 builds I’ve managed to find. (My buddy doesn’t have heated bars). From what I can tell I will come off the Tbob bypass to the throttle side of the bars and the return will go back to the T I put between the two rads. Does this sound right? The only issue I see would be if I shut off the bars, this effectively kills the bypass function. Any input is welcome.

I have the C3 bars and that is exactly how they told me to route them. Their FAQ says you won't need to close it entirely to maintain warmth. In the shop, my bars get hot but the grips seem to be the coolest part so I wouldn't worry too much about closing it entirely. Even if you do have to close it, the coolant will heat up very quickly and cause the thermostat to trip and flow to start again.

There is also a bleed hole in the thermostat itself so it can't completely shut off the flow even if the bypass valve is closed.

Thank you for the replies. I am hoping to install this week and be up and running. Just waiting on my new seat now.
Selkirk mistakenly sent me the wrong thermobob and they have been AWESOME in taking care of it. They had the correct one on the way within 24 hours of me notifying them. Very happy with their customer service.

Finished the bike tonight. I am soooo ready to go ride. Sunday cannot come fast enough. Heading to McCall to ride the roads and meadows to make sure everything is good. A buddy went up today and there was 3' plus at the top with some base.
