On all three setting I'm only running 15-17 psi. Is this right or does the programming just change the timing to up the horsepower? I checked my boost pressure gauge and it is working properly.

What elevation are you running at? This will be a factor.

9000-11000 feet
You should be running around 19-22 lbs at that elevation. You may have a boost leak or a sticking BRV.

On a 235hp setting I'm getting same boost as what the 200hp setting.

All right so I had two boost leaks one on the inlet of the intercooler and another one was one of the sensors above the clutch cover what are those three sensors for?
I'm curious as well. With the 215 Evo flash, how much boost should I see at sea level to 2000 feet?
