Primary clutch spring color for 03 800 summit X

I have a buddies clutch in a box he wants me to rebuild, only problem is there are 2 springs of different sizes and colors, one is from an 800HO and the other is from a 600HO. The taller one has no colors on it while the shorter one is coded. Any body have a hint??? He is itching to go riding and the snow is finally getting deeper.
