track tension is fine, but the track lugs thatt he driver pushes are getting chewed up making the problem worse. I talked with the dealer about getting the new driver from the 08 dragon, but he said i have to get all new shaft and everything. Any ideas or suggestions would be appericated
thanks

Are the drivers lined up?
Are the lugs getting chewed up side to side or front to back?

the inside track lugs are getting chewed front to back.
only happens in heavy snow or under load climing a big hill when the rear is very active. track tension is good and is good from side to side.

My 900 RMK is doing the same thing...but not chewing up the drivers. It just ratchets unless I have my track so tight you can hardly turn it. Sucks! I am currently looking for a fully windowed track and going to have to switch to extroverts....I guess. It always happens at the most inopportune times...like right at the top of a monster climb. What else can you do???
