Jetting?

I recently bought an 04 King Cat (carb) from the original owner. Got to ride it for the first time last Sunday, it was a short notice trip so I didn't have time to check the jetting. The previouds owner said he had it set up for 10000 feet. It ran perfect all day until the 9 mile trip back to the trailer then it started running a bit rough. It also used more fuel than I expected it would. The outside temp had gone from around 36 in the morning to about 56 in the afternoon - not sure how much this would affect it. The sled has 950 miles on it and is basically like new. He did a few mods - SLP intake, D&D can, V force reeds, and geared and clutched it for 10000 ft. I plan on checking the jets this weekend, what jets should it be running for that altitude? I mostly will be running it at 8000 - 10000 ft. and in the 5 to 20 degree air temp. area.
