B&M Fabrications Arctic Cat ProClimb Skinny Board Pre Order

Same as stock back there. Cats are actually higher than the poo there. Just fat and low in the center. We work all the time lately.

Soon. Got the jigs done yesterday and welded this set to go to Wyo for Denver this weekend. We are going east for the NH show and will be back in the shop Wednesday to finish building all the pre orders. Hopefully ship the following week. We all ended up getting sick lately and have been dragging big time. Running a little behind but running hard now.

I'm going to try to get them powder coated Thursday/Fri AM then getting them on w/ Wyo on Fri

FYI For anyone going to the Denver Snow Show this weekend.

Front Range Arctic Cat did not get a booth inside this year. A black limited 2016 with these boards on will be on display outside in the swap meet area.

Awesome - looks good. Crazy looks like the boards will arrive before the sled..........

CO- do you and Wyo plan on videoing the install so you can throw it on YouTube? I'll see you guys at the show on Saturday. Thanks for getting this done!

Will try to at least gets pics. We will be rushed tomorrow evening. Boards still arent here so prob just gonna secure them just enough for the show so we can take them back off and powdercoat them next week.

Boards are on for the show. Only sucked panels in on one side for the show so people can see the difference from stock panel width. Didn't fully rivet them on so they could be taken off next week for powder coat. But secured enough for people to stand on them. The foot well plates need to be cut as shown, and we had to drill new holes on the bottom to line them up. Also need another hole drilled for the inside bolt on the top. B&M, just have the outside hole pre-drilled for the upper foot well plate. The one on the inside will need to be done by the installer as each install might take a different spot to drill the other hole. They are definitely 1" higher on the outside rail. Looks great. We also did a 12-14 1/2 turn screw in the panel to suck the panels in even further and also allow the side panel to fit better. We did minor trimming to the lower panel to snug against the outer board rail, and also on the inside where a notch on the panel hits the oil tank.

Overall Wyo (Mac), Front Range Arctic Cat, and I are very happy with these boards. Best on the market now for this sled. WAY easier to install over the polaris pro boards. B&M's welds are beautiful. Very consistent.
