Black Hills Trail Conditions

Merry Christmass!! My wife and I are thinking about heading west next week and will be staying in Central City. Just wondering with the warmer temps how the trail conditions were? It will be 40ish and rain in NE Iowa today so the snow is melting....

It's hard to say. Snowing pretty good right now. Hoping we will get a good amount. It was in the 30s and 40s last week. It shrunk the snow a bit, but the trails seemed to hold up as I have heard. If this throws down a good amount it should make for some real good trail riding and if we get a lot it should make for some good all around riding. It has been building a good base with this on and off snow with cold and warm. Hoping it continues to grow!
