TS Snowcheck Question

What happens when someone backs out of a Snowcheck. Does the dealer get stuck with it? Asking because I have a deposit on a Riot 3 Pro (in NH) that I wont be able to buy. Is it possible to transfer to someone else? I have $500 down on it that I'll give up if anyone is interested? And its possible.

I think the dealer gets "stuck" with the kit. If you back out though, they can still sell it to someone else. The dealer I work with doesn't make a stink if you back out on the kit and will return your deposit. They never have trouble selling kits, especially over the next couple months.
