Tires - Kelly Safari TSR

Anybody have any experience with these? In the market for tires and the Kelly Safari TSR 265/75/17 D is has been recommended. 11 Ecoboost.

ruuning those on 12 Ram 2500...26,000 miles and they still have decent tread, these are load range D on a 3/4 ton that rarely is loaded heavy. Tires are a little noisy but nto bad for the tread style. I think I will get 30,000 plus out of these tires which is better than usual for my tires.

I have run two sets of these tires on my company truck. The first truck was an 06 dodge 3500 cummins and I got about 35,000 out of them. I put a set of them on my new company 12 dodge cummins, and they have been awesome. Good snow traction and little road noise for and aggressive tire.

I've got a set of 265/70/17 E's on my 04 150 S-cab short bed. So far I like them with about 10K. They tend to grip a lot better than my STT's did and haven't had any problems in 2 winters in deep snow, packed snow, or ice. The E's ride a little rough when unloaded, but I'm one of those sinners who have a sled deck on my 150...shhh don't tell anyone. If I recall correctly they are made by Goodyear, and are similar to the Dura Trac which recieves great praise. I got a steal on mine compared the the Dura Trac and they have been great to me. They can also be studded if you wish, but so far I haven't seen the need.

I am leaning towards the Kelly mainly because they are about 2 bills less than the Duratrac.

I love mine, have about 20k on them still better than 50% tread. My old toyo's didnt have the traction on the snow and ice that the safari does. My only complaint is the sidewall on the safari rolls more in the corners with a heavy load but i still tow a 10,000 lb trailer with no problems.

Great luck with them and with Fierce Attitude MT's. They both run about the same price and way cheaper then the big name tires.
