Steel sleeve minimum thickness

Anyone know how thin you can run a steel sleeve? I got a ultra based HTG 900 motor currently bored at 76.50mm, and I scuffed the cylinder and it would need to go to 77.00mm. But the steel sleeve is already pretty thin on these 900 big bores, the OD of the sleeve is 81.15mm. Am I asking for problems if I overbore it any more?

LA Sleeve told me a while back they recommend no thinner than 1/8'' on the skirt. They have seen them thinner though. I think engine harmonics and other variables come into play, if it stays together or not when you get too thin.
