so iam wondering if any body is offering a kit for these motors in the rev chassi, i know attitude industries has a fuel controller for running a turbo. aslo if any one is running one how well do they work on say a 50/50 race pump mix. any info is apreceated guys cus we just bought a 2005 mxz renegade with like 800 miles and are thinking it might be a fun project

Just buy an XP with an 800 and ride it the way it is.... more fun and WAY less hassle. And definitely less ca$h. Have you priced out turbo kits lately?

yes i know iam looking at $5000-$6000 easy but its some thing we want to do and acctilly we have a 2009 xp and its not the favorite sled around here considering the 2010 m8 will be here in 2-10 days

yea i see from there website that there running 10pounds boost so thats probly guna be full race gas but i sure that could be turnned down to run a 50/50 mix also iam running from 3000-6000feet regularly and some time higher

I want to say that 583turbo or turbo583 on here had a 600 SDI that was running an Aerocharger, pretty sick setup, ran pretty good, if you are looking at doing your own setup he would be the one to talk to!!!

600 turbo

hopefully, boondocker will release their 600 e-tec turbo. don't know what the holdup is because there are protos out there. with a "small" 600, weight means a lot more; an xp chassis is 30lbs plus lighter out of the gate. the sled we're hoping to build is a wet (no fuel) 400lb e-tec w/200 hp. tons of fun!

i can get you into a garret racing turbo for 1800 to 2000 and they are tight my number is 307-272-3254 my best friend orders them straight from garret racing and you will have less hassel doing that plus it is alot cheaper

I worked with a 600 e-tec this year from Boondocker and that is can of worms like has never been seen before!! Good luck with your project.

I would make sure if you are going to buy a used aerocharger to have the current owner send it to the Turbo Dr. and have it checked out before you buy it. Will save you a huge headache in the furture.

Built my own 600SDI summit aero kit 2 years ago. it was a fun sled.

As triple7 stated, the sled boondockers was working on was the 600 e-tec. A select few got these sleds.

Not true you can call BD and they will sell you turbo parts and your on your own...They don't even have a program to offer for the 600 sdi

The 600 sdi is not the same motor as the 600 e-tec. Triple7 and scottbilt95 are talking about the 600 e-tec. Boondockers was working on a turbo for the 600 e-tec. A few kits were built last year and a few guys got them to help work out some of the problems. Maybe you should call Rocky and ask him about it. You've got his number.

Boondocker doesn't offer a kit for the 600 sdi. You can call Rocky at 208-542-4411 and ask him yourself. You can also clicky www.boondocker.com

Read what I wrote, I said I worked with a 600 e-tec turbo from them. The sled was assembled in Idaho Falls at Boondocker and it was built side by side with another one. The one I worked with was ran in the mountains, the other on the hillclimb circuit.
