Yes, someone please offer chest (torso) protector in a tall size. Protection that includes the lower 2-3 ribs for 6' and up or a specific torso length.

661 core saver, very warm, not very restrictive... offers no protection to lower couple of ribs, great from your sternum up.

I agree they should have something a little better for a taller guys. I'm sure the tough part is having all sorts of different sizes and it not being cost effective.
The problem with them being longer is that they will be more restrictive they are mostly designed to protect the import stuff like your sternum. Plus those bottom ribs aren't that important mostly for looks anyway.
