No power to Rider Information cluster or handlebar

2016 Rush Pro S 600. I removed the hood and re-attached (with the connector reattached) - now the headlight works when I run the machine but nothing else has juice (no Rider Information cluster, no hand warmers, etc on the bar). Is there a fuse somewhere? or ideas on how to resolve this.

Relay above the primary clutch.
Corrosion/ bad relay.
