NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT: Happy Face Clutch Cover

D
After spending last season testing our new billet cover we are excited to release this replacement Polaris clutch cover.

I comes in at about 100 grams lighter than the stock cover but more importantly it dissipates heat at a very fast rate. The open design reduces heat buildup due to excess mass found in the stock cover.

Also because we do Dynamic Balancing we eliminated having to drill the cover to balance it. You can notice the holes around the perimeter that allows weight to be added to correct any unbalance.

We also made the bushing in the new cover so you can replace it with a stock Polaris bushing.

This will save you time and money rather than having to buy a custom bushing from us.

Could you make the spokes into blades (fan) in order to push the unwanted heat out the side panel?:light:

We did look at the concept of angling the "spokes" to help direct more air flow. However after weighing out the additional cost vs the benefit we decided against it just to help keep the cost down. Fan blades get complicated in a hurry. We may have to address this issue again.
Thank you for the input. We are always looking for ways to improve and your input has a big effect on the direction we go with our products.
