hit the sky yesterday...landed about 30 hooked about 70
went today with my neighbor and his kids from the bank at riffle.
got two handed off the pole ...good times to watch the youngins gettin there first salmon...
kinda slow today ...i think i got the only fish in the two hours i was there....maybe 50 others fishin...

Skunked by the stilly again...
Guess I'll try after work monday when theres some parking! I think all of Arlington was at the river yesterday.
A ton of bright fighters came in late today.
Action on almost every cast right up till dark, with best luck on lead head jigs. Had fish bumping into my boots.

hooking some nice fish in the sound, a little rain and a little change of water temp should bring the goods in to our local rivers.... cant wait...
hit snoho of the bank yesterday afternoon for a few hours, atleast 20 humpies, some of the hens are still CHROME...WTF this has to be the longest run I have ever seen.....

I'll be spending a lot of time on the Stilly for work... I'm involved in studies on low flow, sediment transport, flood hydrology, temperature, and corresponding fish habitat improvement projects in the stilly system the last few and next few years.

low water can contribute to good fishing but with the traffic it can also be tuff...

The Koffler was not worth the trade. It was a $3000 boat. My bass boat isn't the greatest, but the trailer was worth as much as his little "sportscar". I'm not giving it to a salesman type that is trying to tell me how great his boat is when there are some real great deals out there. I might be keeping my boat until next spring and trying to sell it around Chelan. My wife was p'd when she thought i was going to trade our boat for that junk!
Long story short, looks like i'm not drifting this year The dirt bike thing is really fun, so I might be bank fishing the rivers on those few weekends that are not accounted for between new child, motorcycle, cabin fixing, or whatever else. Might as well just hire a guide for the few remaining times a year!!!
