Question for the Crew:

Should I or should I not post footage/data from the contour gps? In order to see the gps data, I think I can only show unedited footage straight from the camera.
I may be wrong about that, but I haven't figured it all out yet.

It explicity shows where the footage is shot at, and anyone can see where "your" stash is.

I was onlyplanning posting to this private thread. Not anywhere else.

So should I scrub the gps info which is pretty cool, or post it all for all to see?

Totally your choice but I'm not POACHING anything. Can't make enough tracks where we ride as it is.

But................I wouldn't share. Too many lurkers. :face-icon-small-coo

Yeah, I should have asked: "what would you do?"
I can post to the contour site w/o the maps info.
What editor do you guys use?

Looks like you guys have been killlin' out there. I bet it was a little less sunny out there this weekend tho.
I have to get out there and ride wit you two.
GP is rockin it!

Microsoft Live Movie Maker is Super Duper Sweet to use.
I've always been shocked the movie people don't beg to film her. She rocks the back country like no other female rider I've ever seen.

Here is a new vid from this weekend.

That was super sweet! Long pulls at good speed
Wheres the footage from the other cam?
And how tall is your mount?

I'll most likely combine the two vids. I think that would capture the terrain better and show some cool angles. The downfall is that you can see the mount and may look Tacky.:face-icon-small-dis
My mount is only 10" tall. Not sure how you could keep one from being ripped off, if it were any higher. LOL

Sweet!

I always make a little zip tie leash so I don't have to worry about losing a camera...or riding differently to prevent it from being knocked off.

Yes multiple camera angles please!

Which mount did you end up with?
The hood mount is the double suction cup. Won't work on the tunnel. I need to buy a single suction for that. :face-icon-small-dis

I was definetly choosing tamer lines to keep the camera secure.LOL
I'm making a tether this week. Too risky without.

I'll check.
Here is how it went down. My Hi=960tall Low=720
I was filming in 720 on Sat. so it would match with my hood mount camera. Then while riding on Sunday I did one segment and realized I was still in 720. Stopped and had GP flip the switch to Hi and then it went purple'ish in color from that point on.

Maybe should go from low to hi while camera is on? Don't know.
