How is it possible to remove this bushing? I am in the process of rebuilding my secondary and there is no lip to push the bushing out. this clutch only came on the shift model and most all other machines had the team clutch.

I also need to confirm that the shaft the bushings contact are supposed to be greased. I am unable to find any information on rebuilding this secondary

No grease, is their a replacement bushing available? You could slit it with a die grinder and pop it out.

I did not want to damage it so the machinist at work is going to turn it out on the lathe. The welder also said by puting a bead on the inside it should shrink and almost fall right out.

I guess i also could of welded metal across the bushing in order to have a surface to use the press on.

Yes i had to get the parts from ronnies, Polaris said they did not list the bushings individually and said i had to buy the whole clutch. Polaris did sell me the spring and rollers.
