Heated bars question

I got my bars installed and plumbed up, but I haven’t tied them into the bike yet. I don’t really have a hose that is long enough to put a fitting in so I was hoping I could weld into radiators instead but I’m not sure where to do that to gain the most pressure differential. Any ideas? Bike is a 21 300xc (ex300 gasgas flavor)

You should plumb into the bypass of your thermo-bob, there is already a port just for that. You can buy the push fittings on scamazom cheap.

Oh the factory stat has a free port?

On my 525 Ktm I plumbed into factory bypass to inlet side of bars on the outlet side of to bottom of rad where factory bypass hooks up works great for me
