Handwarmer Disconnect

Anybody got any tricks on removing the hand warmer wires from the connector above the muffler? Got new bars and handwarmers but cant get the wires out of that connector piece to put new ones in. Yeah I could splice/solder but dont want to hillbilly it. Heard maybe a small screwdriver and some wigglin?

THIS!!! Thank you so much, so simple to do. Pull the connector, pop the white part off and the little plastic locking tab is right there.
I appreciate everybody's input but that description on Munsters website makes things so clear for my dumb brain

I followed the Munster instructions with success.
