Fuel Injector cleaning

Wanted to take a minute to let everyone know we are cleaning fuel injectors with a same day turnaround. We have done tons of testing over the past few years and found that most customers having tuning issues were related to dirty injectors. Over the course of couple years we have cleaned near 200 sets of injectors and not one set of injectors were actually clean when we received them. We pressure test, flow test and spray pattern test them before and after they are cleaned.

With todays garbage gas, everyone running fuel injection would save themselves a lot of headaches having their injectors cleaned every season.
Also, more times than not, on modded motors, anything requiring a programmer or flashed ecm, clean injectors are the difference between decent and exceptionally good running motors and most times its the difference between a consistent running one and one thats hard to tune.
I'm glad to see someone offering this service.

I like to store the sled dry at the end of the year, with fresh cleaned injectors.

What kind of equipment are you using?

Do you provide before and after stats on the injectors? (before and after cleaning)

I know the injectors in my dragon need cleaned since it has been dead for two years.

includes new o-rings and fuel injector filters

Step 5: Reflow injectors to make sure they flow equally and flush moisture from injector, add new o-rings and filter- time for installation

Here is the solution we used to clean the two injectors we tested and cleaned above in the videos,They are from a 2014 with 425 miles on it. Just goes to show that they should be cleaned every year for optimal performance.
