Expert limiter strap

I am stumped on the limiter strap. I am trying to lengthen it so adjuster goes from 4 in precision and 2 agile. The holes do not line up at the top unless I go bottom hole to bottom hole. Other wise looks like this. As far as I can tell In the manual those are correct holes but looks wrong to me?‍second photo is not moving top bolt.

i installed the kit in my freeride and had a similar situation. the holes on the top of the strap lined up but then it left the bottom looking like your first pic. i just used the bottom holes for the bottom portion of the strap and it now looks like your 2nd pic.

You don’t have the bottom bolt installed correctly. You need to pull the limiter tight so the center strap is touching the cross bar. Everything will line up perfect once you do that.
