electrical issues

I have an 06 900 and recently i had a screw come out inside stator/flywheel. I replaced both parts with used ones and now the sled wont stay running. A blink code flashes 9 times indicating a problem with the ignition coils but theyre sparking. it doesnt always flash sometimes its fine for a few minutes until it dies. Once it dies i can start it again but run time is less and less every time until it wont start. Ill wait 5 or 10 min and it will start all over again. If anyone has had a problem like this before some help would be very much appreciated.

I'd be leaning towards the stator. Did you test it prior to installing it? Also, sometimes when the stator goes it takes out other things....worst of all would be the ECU....
