I know an 18 year old kid that drove down to a store to get cell service while he was camping back in May. He got an MIP.
His response was "I didn't think there'd be a cop around in that area".


Then...he got a DUI about 2 weeks ago.
His response was "Well, I was almost home. I didn't think I'd get into trouble."
