Belt drive ratio for 2016 LTD

400lb sled 200hp 170lb rider 3" powerclaw with TKI. Was told to run 29t by builder. Gear says 2.17 on it. Tom has them in stock for the pro climb. Think that figures out just shy of 2.40 final

63÷29 = about 2.172 × .09 (9% reduction for 7 tooth) = .195 + 2.172= 2.367 final

I would say at 200hp it would work but if your riding above 10k you may want the 28 gear, depending on actual hp

28 = 2.452
29 = 2.367

Stock I would run 28 at 8 to 10k ft
Under that I would run 29
