I need to put a new primary clutch on my 85 Polaris Indy 400.
I found a good deal on a new 97 RXL clutch- my question is- will it fit?
Both clutches are P85's, both are 30mm 1:10 tapered bore and use 1 3/8 wide belts. I've read that the triple clutches have a different bore depth/ offset. The offset for the 400 is 5/8th".
Has anyone had experience with swapping clutches from the same/ similar models? I would really like to use this new clutch if possible?
