I am installing a CE 163 on my 2013 pro 800 155.
I want to gear it down with a 7 tooth driver.
What is the best secondary spring and helix for this set up.
I am thinking it would be close to curts clutching with his gear down kit.
But i dont know what that is.
Thanks Rob

Yes I am installing the old style (with fingers) camo extreme 2.5" lug, part # 9105m.
center port 2.86" pitch single ply fully clipped.
Hoping TRS will chime in and let us know what he has come up for clutching on this track and 7 tooth driver.
Thanks Rob

The 7 tooth 2.86 drivers are the variable here. I can give you the set up we are running for a chaincase geared 19/46. It is a completely different setup than a stock belt drive/driver combo.

This is an all inclusive package for a chaincase model with 19-46 gearing. 2.5" x 2.86 pitch track with 8 tooth drivers. 8-10,000'. You must use these parts, Lightning weights, springs, and helix. If you use a different weight vendor/profile, results may be less than desirable. The lightning weight, when lightened, must have each hole drilled equally.

Primary:
140-330 spring (stock)
60-62 gram TCP Lightning weights(elevation and rider weight dependent)
Clutch will need to be reshimmed for a .020-.030" belt sheave clearance.
If belt sheaves have been cut(Dan, Carl's, ect.) use a 120-310 primary spring.
Secondary:
46-32F ER Helix (46-34F ER other track)
Red/Green spring 120-220#
Blue/Black spring 120-200# (option)
This package was designed to work with the stock ....115 belt only. But I now highly recommend the Gates Carbon belt 44C4553.

Exhaust Valve springs:
Green/White Polaris part # 17041786-03

You can get this complete package at Rogers Sport Center in Cody, WY
