2019 Polaris AXYS Thermostat Question

Friend has a 1019 800 AXYS when new all the way up to where the thermostat broke ran at 94 degrees. I have seen others in this same year range run at that same temperature. Got a replacement thermostat from dealer and now runs at 124. Does anybody know if the 94 degree is still available and the dealer gave us the wrong part or was this an update?

I was under the impression Polaris switched to the new thermostat / head design in 2019 which had the 94 degree t-stat. I am thinking that is the reason for the part number change after 2017. I would have replaced my broken t-stat with the 18 and up but it seems like the temp range was changed from the 94 to 124 range with the part number update.

Thoughts?

Pretty sure Polaris changed it in 2018. I’m unaware if they updated sense then.
