2012 e tech 154 rails bent?

are rails on a 2012 ETEC are supposed to have a light bent upward at the back between the rear shock mount and far back wheels or it has been bent from a impact?
Both rails have the exact up lean angle. See picture for location.

That's the way they are made to perform more like a shorter track on hardpack.
