Whats the best way to do this. Can i swap in a 159 edge skid. Or should i just get rail extenders and track from tracks usa. Also tunnel extender or replace tunnel all together?
i would do the rail extensions and track from tracks usa. i have used many of their extension and they have worked fine with my abuse. the edge skid would bolt right in from what i have seen but it is a more expensive option.
you can do it another way put 8 inch rear wheels under it and or set the skid back to the next set of holes look on inside of tunnel.....but if you go edge you will get better sus in stock form
Should i just stay at 151. This is my first sled and not sure if i should bother. I have 6 inch risers on it left hand throttle and am gonna switch from single slp pipe to twins of some sort. Have reeds coming as well. The rear of the 01 rmk 800s looks like they sit so low dont really look that aggressive. Any input on what i should do is appreciated. Dont wanna spend tons of cake into this thing but am gonna ride it for 2 or 3 years likely. What mods should i do. Oh ya i have slp powder pro skis now as well. Thanks guys.
