All of the belts my 13 has taken out have been to cat being worthless. All from clutch/clutch part failures which were likely caused by the extreme heat their system puts out.

350 miles on my first belt and still looks perfect. Switched it out to put the new spare on to break it in as well. That one was working good and I got about 150 miles on it and exploded it after 8-10 miles of steady 60+mph down the trail. I'll take the blame for that one. Back to the original one, and I now finally have a Gates C12 belt that I have been wanting to test. Probably won't get that many miles on it before the end of the season.

Grenaded first belt at 735 miles. Very warm day and back to back climbs...I deserved it!!

700 on my original and looked like new. Put on a Team Tied at the first of the year so I put my new spare on at the same time. 450 miles on it and still looks new.

2014, 162 track. Swapped belts at 400 miles to keep RPM up. Steep climb above alpine lake yesterday, slick spring snow and belt #2 disintegrated. Sled stopped cold and immediately started sliding backwards...able to salvage it but of a pucker situation for sure. 400 miles on belt broken in properly not horrible but not impressive either. Of course there's risk when you take to the snow but this kind of thing at the wrong moment ain't pretty.

My 2012 1100 T went through one every few hundred miles, mostly at W.O.T.

First season with my 12 HC I blew 8 belts.....(with venting)

end of the season had Cat warranty me a 13 primary clutch and rebuilt my secondary.... added a D&D orange secondary spring

installed 20/48 gearing HYVO from TEAM and a manual Chain tensioner from One Stop Performance...

last 2 seasons I have NOT BLOWN A BELT... changed my belt last march because I felt like I should... still have it as a spare...and I put on an 083 for the ultimate test to make sure the 084 wasn't some MIRACLE belt....
and its not....

SO 8 belts to Zero belts. id say I HAD a belt blower... but ever since I did some simple mods and had that PRIMARY CLUTCH replaced Changed my seconadary spring.... I can hold it ALLL DAY LONG and she loves it

I drive pretty hard, not as hard as some of you guys for sure. but I haven't changed a belt in 1300 miles. dealer did some secondary shim on it and its been holding up fine. changed my springs, weights, rollers and gears for this year. so I could be headed for trouble. but no issues to date.
