wats the scoop on the coating? just powdercoat? i'd like to dress mine up but wasn't sure if anything would last, alot nicer than staring at all the surface corrosion.

www.performancecoatings.com Its designed to relase heat instead of keeping it in like powder coating, plus it seems to be thinner and holds up really well on the motor!

this is one heckuva cool machine guys, i can appreciate all of the hard work that goes into building a project like this. for many years now i've wanted to build a buggy of some sort powered by an old mm700 engine i had with triple pipes and all the bells and whistles done to it. i no longer have the engine, but after a summer working at zbroz doing tube fabrication and seeing your thread, the old itch has come back. when i return home to finish my welding engineering degree i may have a project to work on. Thanks for the inspiration! Can't wait to see a vid and hear this beast in action
