I always wanted to share some pictures of my 382 lbs dryweight AC M7. I built the sled back in -06 based on a Diamond S Ti chassi, there is about 50% left of it.
Carbon fiber side panels, dash and tunnel Nextec Carbon mono shoch skid with a 2.8 3.5 pitch 155 track. Elevated spindels and A-arms 13.5" from ground to running board. The motor is a 700cc suzuki bored to 800 turbo ported cylinders Ti rods and wrist pins Aerocharger turbo, motor bolts, chassi bolts, brackets and exhaust made from titanium. This sled is just a incredible montain sled, I have current sleds and have been riding all other latest brands but nothing is like my M7. If it could be done 15 years ago it could be done now, you think it would be less expensive to do from the factory by now. they are definitely lighter stock vs stock now days but i thought carbon fiber would be used more and be cheaper now. but a sled like that doesnt have to meet all the "safety" and noise standards that factory ones do. Would love to ride that thing bet its nothing like the stock m8 i used to have.

That is cool for any year. I currently ride a 2009 M8 PG turbo. Don't ride much...but don't feel like I'm missing out on much when I do. Only place it falls short IMO is extreme side hills where you get more panel washout. That M series chassis is excellent...I bet that's a blast to ride.
